Colapz Aquamate and waste containers

Hey, I've only just seen these (expensive) collapsible water container and waste water (https://colapz.co.uk/)

I like the idea of being able to transport them much more easily, but wondering if anyone has one at the moment an had any issues? I also would like to know if they can be cleaned in the same way, seen as the material is different. I would use puriclean or milten on my existing traditional aqua roll and waste water (every so often).

Any advice appreciated!

Thanks

Yes they're expensive, I can see that. If anyone has a helpful comment other than pointing out the obvious that would be nice 🙂

Doesn't look like they're available yet BUT I do use their collapsible waste pipes and while they're a different product altogether, quality is good.

Remember, anything that folds, collapses has more seams, joints to fail than a solid container.
Thats definitely something I'm not sure about. You'd hope spending that much money comes with some sort of guarantee, but I haven't looked into it fully yet.

Not something I'm going to rush out and buy if its new and pricey.

I have a few Colapz products including the fresh mini Aquaroll for a serviced pitches. (Which I really rate)They have been largely good quality. The exception was one of the waste water extendable pipes which split.
The water and waste containers are either not yet or only just available to buy ( can’t remember the April release date) so no one is going to have much experience.
If I needed a new Aquaroll or wastemaster then they would be on my list as in a small 2 berth space and weight are at a premium. However couldn’t justify the cost to replace perfectly good existing kit.
If you do get them do report back

Thanks Mel, I think you're right there to be honest. I'm going to hold off until I need to update, as I can't justify giving it a go yet.

It's far too soon for anyone else to give much of an opinion either.

I have 2 silver grey aquarolls (like 2 as it seems to work better for me) and a silver grey wastemaster,
all fit into separate bags and fit nicely in the end washroom it has taken a lot of trial and error to get it just right but very happy with it all🙂
looked at colapze gear seems a bit gimmicky to me

I have just bought the Colspz aquamate. Got it out the box and assembled. First impressions were that the carrier frame was flimsy. Theres a metal button on tube that u press to unfold the base. When i pressed it the button disappeared into the tube!. Had to take apart the base to get button from inside. Was a flimsy spring system so my husband drilled a hole through and put s bolt and windnut on. This product is ridiculously priced. The quality is poor. Youre paying for the novelty of being able to fold it down. Would I recommend?. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I would have returned it for a refund rather than faffing around to modify its shortcomings.

I think if they replaced the spring loaded buttons with something less fiddly and more robust that would help. Hubby wants to keep it because of the fact it folds down as we have an elddis xplore 304 with limited storage space, so this in theory, would have been useful. Time will tell what other issues we might have. Still not worth the money though.
