completion day!!!!!!!!

Well everyone it has been 6 months but today (Monday 26 June)is our completion day on the new house.

Or not.

Yes we have paid our money, the vendors solicitor has our money.

And we have no house.

The vendors are still in residence. Their funds didn't come through from the mortgage lender.

so we were told there's nothing that can be done, and they have no house to go to, so their staying until it's sorted out.

Can you believe this this **** ********** *******.

Sorry to hear you never got your house today. Did you manage to get your matress? I have never seen this programme, I am guessing he barters, hope you got them at a good pricefor the matress.

Intention was to back back after we got ur keys, but as you can imagine all hell has broken lose with these people now in our property.

But I still intend to do some bartering.

As you can see I haven't slept!!!!

Well it's 4.40pm and they have just cleared the house, they still have the garage to go and the garden it's a mess outside.

Compensation is going to be high for being in our house for two days.

Can you believe this is the fourth trip for him in the van he rented.

If he was trying to safe money he's lost a lot.
