Computr problem

I downloaded the My Heritage toolbar some time ago and today I deleted it via add/remove programmes but since then all sorts of things are happening on my computer. I have done a system restore but the problems are still there.
One of the probs is when I open a new tab page instead of http:/ I get mhtb and a message that says the address is incorrect, I then cant open any of my favorites. Another prob is I now have a rolling (?) toolbar which appears and disappears when I put the cursor at the top of the page. I find this annoying.
Can anyone help me please?

If you only did a normal system restore to an earlier date & the date was not before you installed the tool bar that will be some of your problem.
It sounds like you need to do a system deep restore to a earlier date & then get all of the windows updates re-installed & your anti-virus will need re-updating, hopefully that will sort out your problems,
