If the daughter's family have to go into the quarantine, for the three of them it is going to cost over £5100 for the 10 days as the 14 year old is treated as an adult.
Ouch😥😥If the daughter's family have to go into the quarantine, for the three of them it is going to cost over £5100 for the 10 days as the 14 year old is treated as an adult.
Agreed!Same Ouch, but thats better than letting another strain of the Virus in.
That’s an unexpected bill, but at least the family will be free from the strife that has led to them leaving South Africa. If the daughter's family have to go into the quarantine, for the three of them it is going to cost over £5100 for the 10 days as the 14 year old is treated as an adult.
Thank you as lives are more important than money. 👍That’s an unexpected bill, but at least the family will be free from the strife that has led to them leaving South Africa.
Looks like it is already in. Let’s face it, it is not possible to keep new strains out.Same Ouch, but thats better than letting another strain of the Virus in.
The good news is that oil prices took a dive following the announcement of the new strain. 😄 Wait a few weeks, months, and top up at less cost then go home to a warm house.Looks like it is already in. Let’s face it, it is not possible to keep new strains out.

Did you tense up as the needle went in?We both had our booster jabs yesterday are arms very sore today
It's illogical - socialising in pubs/restaurants is just where Covid would spread quickest - so it's still "too little, too late" mismanagement by HM Government.Face coverings will again be mandatory in shops and on public transport - but won't be required in pubs and restaurants.
What surprises me is masks are not required at Football stadia, theatres, cinemas.
However by the same token, if the government makes it mandatory to wear maasks in pubs or restaurants it will face another backlash. Either way they cannot win! It's illogical - socialising in pubs/restaurants is just where Covid would spread quickest - so it's still "too little, too late" mismanagement by HM Government.
Too many contradictions for me. SWMBO was at Villa Park with 48000 supporters, no masks. I expect doors and windows will have to be left open again. Imagine what will blow out of Clive’s house if that happens😉😉However by the same token, if the government makes it mandatory to wear maasks in pubs or restaurants it will face another backlash. We have continued to wear masks in shops. For pubs and restaurants perhaps masks to be worn until seated and smaller groups than 6. If the introduce measures to draconian for hospitality trade, I doubt if many businesses in the hospitality trade would survive another crackdown.
Very true as his garden is already full!Too many contradictions for me. SWMBO was at Villa Park with 48000 supporters, no masks. I expect doors and windows will have to be left open again. Imagine what will blow out of Clive’s house if that happens😉😉

Outdoor toilet, and zinc bath used on Friday nights sharing water with little bruv.I remember those old family days , no gas central , ice on the windows, huddled around the kitchen coal fire boiler or lounge log fire, all windows and doors sealed with draft excluders.
we certainly had a “ customer user experience”😜😜
