Criques De Porteils Collioure

Have driven past it on the way into Collioure from Argeles, several times, and thought it looked to be in a really nice situation, if a bit steep, but haven't been into the site, or heard of anyone else who has. Hope this helps bring the posting back to the top of the page.
 
Just had a look at the website - it looks fine to me. Do visit Collioure - but set off early to beat the traffic and get a parking place. There are some lovely restaurants overlooking the harbour - and if you go on market day it's even better! Traffic can be heavy though, as it's a very popular area.

My son worked in Argeles at Bois de Valmarie - so knows the area well. He used to cycle from Valmarie into Collioure on his days off - he liked it so much there.
 
Gordon - have you seen that the site accepts ACSI - don't know when you're going, but if outside peak season, then it could save you quite a bit of money! Every little helps.
