And further to Rogers reply above, The companies do not understand the degree of emotional and financial distress causes to their end customers becasue they won't invest in continual product improvement becasue they look for short term profit over customer care.
I wish there was a normal course of action where end users could bring legal cases for such failings against the manufacturers rather than the retailer. As things stand caravan manufacturers have no liability to end users for poor product design build or quality, so they can get away with such poor practices and not feel the heat.
