Damp or mould

Hi I have a 10yr old caravan and have found what I had assumed to be water ingression/damp, having read other topics about mould etc I am noy sure how to tell the difference, you can never trust the repair people as they like to make a big job of everything HELP
 
Mould is a tell-tale sign of damp. Mould will develop if damp is not treated at the first possible opportunity.
