Does anyone use an Ecocamel shower head, more precisely the orbit? Are they as good as they're cracked up to be? Are they prone to jets being blocked in hard water areas? Any feedback gratefully received before I spend any of my meagre pension.

The shower heads were briefly discussed here, but no specific mention of the orbit.
