I've just been reading the article in the General section posted under "surprise .....etc...," In it there are interesting views on future of Caravaning/Using Motorhomes etc, these views have made me wonder as to what actual mileage can be achieved by various Motorhomes, obviously different makes and models will vary,as will driving conditions, however I would expect a mean average could be achieved

Purely speculative but given the weight and aerodynamics of a motorhome I'd suspect there wouldn't be much difference to towing a trailer caravan behind an EV passenger car?

If 400 miles is a true figure for an electric Motorhome before it needs a recharge is correct then perhaps a trip from South Lancashire to where I go to in Cornwall wouldn't be a challenge,(St Austell). I've taken camping trailers, trailer tents, boats and caravans over the years and always got there without the need to refuel on motorway services,it would appear that it will be the same for EV Motorhomes.

The thing looks more suitable for an armoured reconnaissance regiment. 😱

Eventually, but not with AC on in the summer or heating in the winter, but Battery improvements will always improve, as long as you can inter change the types of battery. Unlike my electric drill, Ni cads , to Li ion
