i seem to be having problems with the caravan electrics when hooked up to the car(the car electrics are fine).all the running lights work except for the indicators.the left one stopped working and i replaced the bulb and now none of them work.i have also been told that the reversing light on the caravan wont work if you only have sigle electrics. is this correct

Paul, your problem is almost certainly going to be a wiring fault on the caravan, either the 12n plug, or corrosion in the light cluster.

As for the reverse light, that is only powered through the 12S plug/socket, which you will not have if you have single electrics, also you will not have 12v available for the fridge whilst towing.

thanks for the reply i will check the plug next time i am at the caravan and hopefully it will be a simple fix.
