FAO Swift Group - advice needed!

The kitchen tap in our 2006 Bessacarr has somehow come adrift from the surface. My husband has had a look and cannot see how the tap has been attached as there is no evidence of a nut on the underside of the surface - it's sort of dangling in mid air!

We've had a look at the bathroom tap, and it's got a white plastic nut on the back holding it in position - surely the kitchen one should be the same/similar?!

Would you please advise. :O)

Hi Wendy,

If I remember the tap in your van is a Dimatec tap.

The tap is clamped to the worktop, I would try feeling around beneath the tap on the floor to see if you can find the missing bit. If it sits above the fridge try removing the fridge vents carefully on the outside (these are quite easy to remove) and see if you can locate it,

Andy

Thanks Andy, fortunately it's just a cupboard underneath the sink (fridgefreezer on opposite side) so hopefully the missing bits will be easy to locate. Would it be a nut we are looking for?
