File box symbols

Just idle curiosity Mr Mod - why do some of the file box symbols to the left of the forum headings come up in blue while most are in red ?

I'll ask the techies. Don't hold your breath though, they're very busy and everything goes in a queue.

Any info yet, starting to bug me, the not knowing, maybe I have too much time on my hands to worry about something like this ??!!

The file boxes change to blue when no new postings have been made in that forum for a week, or thereabouts.

It is just a method of indicating which topics are active.

Yes, thank you Mr Mod2 - looks as if I too have too much time on my hands. Now we know we can visit the "blue" forums to stop them feeling lonely and neglected !
