I was just looking for some information when I came across this for sale add. Caravan Site 2 cottages. PP for 40 Tourers with ELHUs. All for a cool £850,000 near Western-Super-Mare. No Involvement with this at all.Just wish I had the odd £850K and 40 years left to recoup the expense.

Didn't say how big the site was, although for 40 vans it has to be reasonable. What you need to do is get your bank to lend you the money, buy the place, and sell it for 2 million to Tesco, or a housing developer.
 
We have already discussed being a warden, can you imagine being a warden with a mortgage that size !

No escape.

To be honest you can make a living out of 40 vans but unless there is room to expand or as Scotch Lad says, Tesco come in for you, it's not likely you'll make a fortune.
