Hi John

I towed a swift charisma 535 (1290kg) with a 2 litre Tdci

C-max with no probs.

I have just looked on the Ford web site and the 1.8 produces 115 bhp against the 136 bhp of the 2.0 litre.

However the Lunar at 1150 kg is much lighter than my van so you should have no problems with this match. The weight of the 1.8 litre C-max is also a good match for the Lunar.

I made several trips from Yorkshire to Cornwall and got about 32 mpg towing and could get 50+ solo.

Alan
