I am looking at purchasing a galaxy 2.3 auto. Can anyone advise

me as to whether they make a good tow vehicle.Our van has a mtplm of 1330 kg.

Generally the Galaxy and its sisters are some of the most stable towcars about but don't expect better than 25 mpg solo from the 2.3 auto and the auto box itself fitted to some of the Galaxies has expensive reliability issues, go for the 130hp tdi manual which has more mid range power than the 2.8 petrol unless the 2.3 petrol is a LOT cheaper.
