Ford Galaxy Auto

We are thinking of getting a new Ford Galaxy diesel auto, the Ford web site is crap, I think i have ordered the brochure, have to see if it turns. we wonder if anyone knows the towing limit for the 2L Diesel Zetec, is it the same as the manual box ? Anyone any experience of driving this car ?

i tow with the s max 2,0tdci auto which is virtually the same car.towing limit is 1750 kgs which is same for manual gearbox,tows my 540 conquerer 1600 kgs like a dream.have towed with volvos,kia sedona,hyundai terracan,hyundai santa fe.and the s max takes some beating,brilliant towcar

if you look at www.smaxownersclub.co.uk there are a lot of mk 3 galaxy owners members because they are practicaly the same car
