My best towcar ever was a Mondeo.

My worst towcar ever was a Mondeo.

The first one I had developed an alarm fault which kept going off at all hours of the day and night. Two different Ford dealerships couldn't trace the fault.

The last Mondeo was a dream. Good towing a Swift Corvette too. Never a snake or problem when used as a tug.

So, that's no help in this pro/con debate!
 
Loved my 1997 Mondeo 2.0L Auto estate both as a solo and for towing, that was untill the gearbox started playing, cost more for a replacement box than the car was worth. Got shut and got a Terrano.
