Hello,

I am on the brink of purchasing the above vehicle and intend to tow a 4 berth caravan (still undecided). Has anyone experienced this set up ?

Hi Carl

You might want to post this on some of the Land Rover forums - but even then it is a bit early for the new Freelander 2 to have towed much.
 
I think Carl means Fl1 as FL2 auto is not out until Aprilish with the TD4 engine.

As far as Fl1 is concerned the auto is considered the best vairiant. My wife has one (but doesn't tow with it) and it has given 16,000 trouble free miles. But I can't help beyond that.
