Have received a wedding invation for Aug 2010 in Gretna. Can anyone suggest a good site that is close.

I have found the CC site at Carlilse (26 miles) and the CCC site at Moffat (28 miles) but would like to find one within taxi distance of Gretna.

Hi sorry to highjack the thread,Martinwe are thinking of going to The Ranch club site in Maybole in August,we have 2 children,is this area good for families and do you have any recommendations?

We had a week up at the Ranch week before last, the site is fantastic for kids my nine year old boy found lots of pals, there is a great playground for them, The indoor swimming pool is a godsend if the weather is a little poor. the charge for that is
