Now Now Forest lets get to the truth here, this is NOT the only time you wear them is it?
Heard recently that you sneek a pair up to the cab of your tower crane which you carpeted last year.
After climbing that gert big long ladder your hob nail boots are killing you, so you put your feet up with your crocs on!!
Then fall asleep

Then you will get sacked when you are caught!

He has to give two verbal warnings and a written warning before he can sack you. If I was in your situation I would get a voice activated recorder and discreatly hide it on your person prior to your meeting and any further business/discussions/meetings have it up and running. I had similar problems with my Line Manager and Faculty Manager (both part of the Welsh Tafia

). It became so heated that I called a halt to their dressing down of me and said If it was to continue I would like to have my union secretary present and make the situation official - never heard a word afterwards - they changed their tune completely.

Also I would be looking round for another job.

Good luck

hi colin, nice to hear from you how are yourself and the oh getting on got a m/home yet,
regarding your post re, using a recorder every time I had a meeting with the managment I allways put the phone on record and placed it on the table descreetly with the car keys and a folder,
after one investigation meeting the notes transcribed were not the same as had been agreed but were soon altered when the playback was heard.

Hi Colin really nice to see you pop back in hope all is well. He is behaving himself at the moment and yes am constantly looking for something else but as xmas approching its proberbly the wrong time of the year, could work away from home but dont want the hassle of staying away for weeks on end, only get about 30+ nights away in the van at present and that would reduce even more if I was to take the plunge, its premium time I love spending with the family and really want more not less .
Take care
Kev
