HELP - No Car!

We're meant to be going to france on Monday for 5 weeks, touring with our van and 2 kids. 15 month old Kia Sportage has just conked out (ESP fault) and they may not be able to get a replacement part for 6 weeks. Any ideas what i could do to salvage the holiday?
 
1. You should be able to get any reasonably sized car part from the other side of the world within 24 hours!

2. 15 month old car, dealer and Kia should lend you a car.

3. Some hire cars come with tow bars.
 
Quick update: Kia dealer and Kia sorted it all in the end; they were great. Offered to tak part off new vehicle but ended up having the part sent by courier. All fixed, under warranty, we're off to the Sth tomorrow! Well done Ken Brown Motors and Kia!
