A verbal contract is binding in law except in the case of the sale of land or property. Therefore Lisa you are in the right and the Plotter has not got a leg to stand on (metaphorically or literally speaking).

Yes I agree a verbal contract is equally binding but far harder to prove,anyway I sat there for three days and it was complete waste of time I didnt get a drop or at least I dont think I did it is all a bit hazy you know what I mean a bit like a hangover feeling! :0)
