Now I am even more confused, but hey, I'm a woman, too stupid to understand what you just said, just have to stay frustrated with it all.

I don;t think Brian meant any offence - think of it this way if you do not know what to do you will not make a fool of yourself by trying and it goes wrong. Why worry life is too short so enjoy your win, I am off to the whiskey bottle. Good luck and cheers.

If I keep quiet long enough no one will know of my ignorance in not being capable of doing this. The old addage of keeping quiet and learning from someone else's ignorance.
Good plan!

Might I join in?

don't mean to sound sour, but Brian Bear's comment made me feel because I am a woman all I should do is drink wine and not ask complex questions

Lolly x
Hi Lolly

Sorry I did not aim the explanation at the fairer sex it was a generalisation. I work on severs and web design for a living and I know how something like this can be very frustrating for someone that is not web design savvy. I myself have resorted to many a can of beer trying to work out silly little niggles on websites that wont work or do not do what you want them to do.

Yup, as Colin said, there's no shame in not knowing, you could probably run rings round them on other subjects, Lolly. So just pull up a sandbag and have a drink with the rest of us ;o)

BTW, hows the job going?

Hey Lolly - there's nothing wrong with drinking wine and not asking questions. I do it all the time!!

do you play golf? people make it look so easy!

Lolly x
I play golf, just not very well. It's a sport that you need to practice a lot just to get mediocre, never mind good. But to the untrained eye if someone can hit the ball they do make it look easy. Get the lessons Lolly, and you'll be hooked, or sliced whichever comes first....

Obviously a case of painting by letters and not painting by numbers. It is possible nowadays to get colour pictures - the days of the black and white are long gone.
