The picture has to be on the internet already and must be relativly small so that people with dial up do not have to wait too long.

SSsh, I'm at work, I can view the icons etc but can't view any photos. Is there a problem or is it the server here?

you are nearly there, the file must be in a regognizable file format either .jpg or .gif, you left it off the end of the picture.
