Hire car with a towbar

Hi everyone,

Can anybody suggest a Hire company, in or around Manchester-ish, that has cars with towbars for towing my caravan, as I'm without my car for three months, which is pretty much the entire summer.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

SHB 4x4 hire are in many areas.

You will probably find the cheapest hire option would be to hire a transit type crew cab van with a tow bar.

Given the length of time involved I would look at buying a second hand car with a tow bar fitted and selling it later - that is probably the cheapest option by far and you could probably make a profit if you bought at auction!

If the reason you want a hire car is because of an insurance repair(3 months?)or similar you might find they help you with a lump sum rather than pay the hire charges.
