Holes in side of Caravan

Moved my van from where I store it and while cleaning it I have found some small holes spattered up the side of the van, (just as if its been shot with a bb gun) As to how they got there I dont know, looks like tree damage, but I cant see a tree being able to actually puncture the aluminium body. Either way it needs a repair, my van however is a 98 abi and I would think side panels are no longer available. Is it possible for this type of damage to be repaired without having new panels ?
