Hot CTeK Charger

I've just started to use my new CTeK 3600 charger for the first time. How hot is it supposed to get while charging. It's been on about 2 hours and I just went to check it to find it is really quite hot to the touch.....not just warm. Thanks
 
i cant recall mine geting that warm if at all perhaps you might want to contact the supplier after all they come with a five year guarantee, ps dont let them fob you off.h.
