Hot Water Tank

On our first trip away last week, we found that the cold water would not feed through to our hot water tank. The pump was working, but no water going through. We have changed the filter and the van was drained down for the winter. It is a Elddis Typhoon'98.
 
It is a Carver Cascade and the cold water inlet fitting has non return valve in it which has stuck or broken.

It needs to be changed, but unless you have done them in the past, get a mobile engineer to do it.

It is very easy to damage the heat exchanger if done wrongly
