Ours is up in the office it has the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) logo, which guarantees it has been sustainably farmed.

Low energy Christmas lights etc

Must be a sign of the times. It was once so large, we had to cut the top from it, in order to get it into the room. Lots of care and attention were lavished on it and it seemed to stay up for ages.

These days it's much smaller, when I can be bothered to put it up that is. The fairy that use to be perched on the top has disappeared and most of the shiny red baubles, broken. It's out and then back in the box much faster these days, hardly seeing the light of day and we no longer hang our socks on it.

Yes, I suppose it's an age thing, time moves on, kids grow up etc...

On a much lighter note, the Christmas tree looks great this year......

Don't tell me I'm the only one with a mind like this?

Pretty big, mind you it stands up better in the mornings and droops by the end of the day, a bit of water soon sorts that out.
