Superb towcar and tows my single axle 1640kg van well and stable. Not sure about much heavier vans though as the there may be an issue involving kerbweight rule etc. This summer I achieved 31mpg at 50mph and 27mpg at 60mph, so not bad performance. I would definitely buy again for similar size van.

ken, sorry ive been away for a month. i have a 57 plate santa fe cdx 7 auto. i love it we tow our 2008 bailey senator twin axel wyoming 1678kg with no problems at all. if you have the auto and you do go up steep hill you do sometime have to push it over to tiptronic and drive it manually but thats all. towing 60mph approx 20 - 25 mpg, around town maybe a bit more, motor way with noo van doing approx 70 mph can get in to the 40's mpg.

We have an 08 plate 7 seater and also love it. We tow a single axle MPTLM of 1530. Excellent towing, excellent solo.

We have an 06 plate 7 seater cdx manual, tow a single axle jubilee Statesman with no problems, very capable towcar!

we have an 05 plate 2 ltr crtd and it's the best towcar we have ever had. Last time I checked I got 31.5 miles to the gallon towing ( Coachman Amara 520/4 )The only downside is I don't have an owner's manual.

hiya, i personally wouldnt but im like to tow as near to the 85% as i can but whilst i was coming back from longleat i did see 2 outfits they had the new wyoming and the old model santa fe. I did look level aswell. have you checked the % you would be towing at?.
