Interesting Airstream venture

This US webpage caught my attention LINK.

I suspect unlikely to hit Europe in the near future but as said its interesting to see, at least for me, nevertheless.
Potentially offers better watertight integrity, and designed well better structural integrity.

Some similarities to various products we have seen over the years here, none really made any real lasting impact.

Oh yes, but that doesnt make the smaller one any less expensive for what it offers.
However, there are those that perceive attributes in things, which other purchasers buy way cheaper products that can do much the same functionally, evidenced Apple products, Roller & Bently cars, and things like Rolex watches.
In caravans some punters put a value on perceived integrity and the potential viability to survive towing.

I think Airstream will find a market for their Nest sub brand, albeit a niche one for the well heeled buyer, though I doubt in sufficient volumes to be other than a grey import to Europe. In the US they could piggyback on dealers of the other multi Thor brands, in Europe possibly using Hymer?

Just had a look it looks very reasonable seeing how much these Airstreams cost .

On Airstream's US website it states the Nest can no longer be purchased.
Though I was only advised of this article this morning, I have now realised it is an updated of one published in 2017.

Pity it is no longer offered, probably even more niche than I thought!
