Hi its me again, we are sometimes not able to engage PARK and other times it is very smooth.It is a 2003 Grand Cherokee 2.7CRD LTD with 67,000 on clock It is serviced by a main agent.HIMSELF will be on the phone on Mon morning but if someone can him a clue about the problem he might be able to sleep tonight.We do have a "bumper to bumper" warranty but that has to be seen to be believed.I do hope we do not have to pawn my jewellery again!!!!!!!!

i would suggest posting your question on this Forum.

It is US based but that is not a problem. It takes 2 minutes to join and is very worthwhile.

This link takes you to the Technical Forum for your vehicle, WJ, and i would be very surprised if you are the first to ever have this problem.

You may be able to use the SEARCH FORUM facility prior to joining but i would just join anyway as it's free.
