Kampa Air Awning rubber valve pipes repair suggestions

I’m going to have another go at trying to repair the rubber valve pipes attached to the air bladders, which have some small cracks in them that air is escaping slowly from.
I’ve tried in the past and got a couple more to fix.
All the posts I find are for repairing puncture to the bladder skin, not the rubber valve pipes. I’ve replaced the valves to eventually find the cracks on the pipes.

Has anyone had this themselves and managed to successfully repair than replace the entire arm(s)?

This was the next product I was going to try https://amzn.eu/d/dGuxdSV

Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Is this a Kampa Awning? If so the valves are or were common problem When Kamp first came about I had to have lots of new tubes as there was manufacturing issues with these Valves . Begs the question how old is your awning ?

Another addition to the " I hope I don't need it Toolkit"
As per my previous answer to your inflation tubes As I said I had several replacemet tubes inner and inflation. It was a common fault with the early Kampa inflatables. Mine was the very first Kampa Inflatable to be sold .Kampa themselves were good about helping with the issue. I was being supplied with replacements that they were not supposed to be sending out Kampa in the End sent me a comlete set of new tubes with the inflation tubes .They had to restucture the whole business because of

Try heat shrink rubber if you can remove the pipes if not, cut heat shrink along its length and wrap around pipe, super glue to make heat shrink back into a tube and heat seal

Kampa were bought by Dometic in 2018, a Swedish company known for fridges etc.

My ten year old Kampa Rallye air 390 still resides in the loft resting its fifth blown bladder. Kampa did send me replacements foc but frankly the failure rates were unacceptable and we went onto our faithful Isabella.

I agree with Sir Roger the earlier Kampa’s had serious issues with their bladders . Hopefully under the direction of Dometic the bladder quality has improved🤔

Hi Soulphuric . Sir Dustydog and myself have said the Kampa awnings in their early days had bad problems over the leaking valves . I actually spoke to Kampa who confirmed my Kampa Awning was the very first one they sold .I had 3 lots of replacement tubes all with the same issue. It turned out the replacements being sent out were from stock that were from early tubes that should never have gone out Kampa had to completely restructure their business. In Fairness to Kampa they never charged me for any replacements which included new tubes from the latest updated tubes
