If my information is correct the new higher output Kia Sorento 2.5 manual is in the vehicle tax category which is currently £205 pa. The automatic version, however, appears to emit higher emissions and is taxed this year at £300 at next year £400 !!

Yes, the auto is a few grams over the limit. Presumably they will try to reduce this.
