Has anyone seen Lord Braykewynde? Or LMH? I see smiley and Lolly are back, and welcome, but where have the others gone? I'm off to Hatton Park at Warwick with the Royale club till Tuesday, and I shan't be able to sleep for worrying about them!!! Keep the forum clean! See you next week.

Rumour reached me through my Gentry friends that the old fella got caught by her ladyship with his pants down in a compromising position with a pantry maid.

The maid saidmot to worry he was "h armless" and her ladyship said it was not his arms that she was worried about :-0

Rescued by Ted his faithful butler the two are enjoying some quality time together whilst the swmbo regains her wonderful sense of humour. TED used to "***" for LordB at their public school before his father drank the familly coffers dry and LordB put a roof over his head, they still retain a "close" working relationship as in their school "daze" acording to members of the staff and Rupert the "artist" he retains and shares a house with Ted ;-)

I know it's late but thought I would drop in.

Hatton Parks not far from me about 20 - 30 mins. I keep meaning to get there and but some lemon curd with advacado, pretty nice better than ordinary but pricey.

Have a nice time Cris.

You've lost me on that post smiley ;-)

I'm slumming it today, old girl up the road from us has a horse race or two going on and I've been told to get BEST outfit on having paid a fortune for a new hat for my boss to go to something called "Ladies Day".

The old girl has had the fields the gee gees race on tarted up so we have to go and have a look see as friends have two horses entered.

What a price to pay after the joy of LeMans :-(

The only consolation is I've been loaned a Bentley Continental for a few days. Will do wonders for my Morrisons or Nectar points but is fairly useless without a tow bar ;-) I'm not even aloud to take the caravan BBQ and we have

hamper and champers ;-0

What a man does for the one he loves :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Cris

I'm confused now. But I did make spelling error (slap my wrist).

I live the other side of Stratford, I have visited Hatton Park, they have a shops made out to be original.

The day we went they had some lemon curd for tasting, I have a boring pallet, but tried some. They had the norm and a jar of lemon curd with avacado. It was georgeous but very pricey.

I take it you are actually going to the park, they have a fantastic playground for kids. The catch, there always one, it's about

Getting back to the initial posting, I may be wrong, but I believe that Lord B. is away for a few weeks. He did post a little while ago that he was home for a few days and then off again for a few weeks, I think it was Cornwall. I do not have a clue about the others though - they may be just lying low for a few weeks.

Hello Emmerson, Colin, etc. I'm still here. I haven't posted much because there hasn't been much to interest me and a lot of the regulars are quiet too :O( I've also been busy trying to arrange a site where myself and lots of friends (about 150) I've made throughout the world can still meet up. The MSN Zone has changed its format so they have no lobby where people can chat as well as play now. I've been in the Zone - Lodge Spades Room for 9 years and its a bit of a wrench now its gone. The only way we can keep in touch is through MSN messenger which is cr*p. Someone as created a new site based on the Zone so its a matter of getting about 150 people I know to use it because at the moment there are a lot of bugs to sort out.

In a weeks time I'm off to Clumber Park to be able to see my mother and to take her off for days out. Normally I fetch her down here for a week but now my sons back home we have no spare bedroom. We had my mother in law ill so she stayed with us a couple of weeks ago and she had our bed while we tried to sleep in the caravan. Our drive is on a slope which made it uncomfortable so for the rest of her stay we slept on the settee's.

Hi Emmerson, I have recently been in communication with Lisa, and asked her what she was doing. She at first told me that they were visiting the "Noodle Mines" of South Wales, hoping for a change in career. I thought this a little strange, we all know noodles grow on bushes after all, and challenged her about it. It then came out that she was going to be away for a few days to enjoy sun, sand, sea and the other "S", punctuated with some fast cars and more of the other "S". I did ask where? But the price was too high, she wanted my "First born" as a deposit and my Nectar points card. There was no way she was getting my hard earned Nectar points, so I never got to know of her destination. All I can say is that if you're in an area where the four S's are taking place, take a good look round.

I'm sure though, when she has had enough, Lisa will be back on the Forum needing help with her Tom-Tom.........

Perhaps it's not a bad idea to spend less time on this forum because it doesn't help my blood pressure ;O) I dont normally look under Overseas Parks but due to the debate regarding Stuarts site posting in another forum I had to follow the thread. Also someone posts an irrelevant reply under General-Dog in bed, rambling on about doors and insinuating dog owners aren't normal. Some people really need help in life and I hope they seek support, either by asking their Doc to up their medication or booking a few sessions with a Shrink :O) hehheh!

LB

Create yourself a MSN group. It has the chat, forum and pics etc. Get your friends to join and away you go

If you have a problem, let me know and I will point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the info Steve but someone as already done it. The site that has started up now is based on the Zone but the programmers didn't have much time to get it up and running because MSN didn't let us know until late that we would be losing the lobbies and Zone Message/Friends service. I'm told the developers/programmers are ex Microsoft employees so hopefully all will be o.k. in the end. Just like everything else, nobody likes change but I'm sure we will get used to it eventually :O)

Rioja I do take the pills but not as much as I used to. Viagra is rather expensive these days. If you can keep a secret I really don't mind people having a go, whether its at me or someone else, I love a good debate. The only thing that does annoy me though are the people who criticise/attack others but cant take the sh*t themselves once it hits the fan. They think they have a God given right to ridicule others and I find it a challenge to put them down as they do unto others. Hope that makes sense, lmaaaoooooooo :O)

Lord B. reading a previous posting from you regarding criticism I must remind you of the threats and criticisms you have made against us Welsh. There are many Welsh people who are now terrified of going anywhere near Hereford in fear of death. Any further comments against the Welsh and you will need more than Offa's Dike to hold us back ..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. hehehehe

I like the Welsh Colin, I can't get enough of them. I like them roasted, baked or grilled especially with onion gravy ;O)

Hi Colin

Just one small point.

Why would you want to bother with Hereford anyway. Wales has it all anyway.

When we moved from Wales my 10 year old daughter cried "does that mean when we live with them English I will have to learn English"

I couldn't laugh in her dispair, especially when she couldn't Welsh either.

Sad day leaving I still pine for my hills!!!

Lord B. it is obvious that you have not been to Bridgend for many years. There is no such thing as a local rubbish dump in this area. All Bridgend refuse is either shipped to a recycling plant in the Neath Port Talbot area at Jersey Marine or up to a land fill site in Merthyr. There are local recycling plants in the Bridgend area but these are run in a most unobtrusive way.

The hills around Bridgend are the hills of the Maesteg, Garw and Ogmore valleys and are very attractive with the greenery of the forestry and other natural plantations. The days of the English imagination of Wales of being collery tips and steel works are long gone. I would suggest that you pay South Wales a visit - I promise that we are not a hostile bunch and I can assure you there would be a welcome on the coast and in the valleys for you - you would come to no harm but be pleasantly astounded of the beauty of South Wales - the land of my fathers.

There are numerous vehicles in South Wales displaying the flag of St. George and they have come to no harm what so ever. Mind you by flying any flag it does cause an increase in fuel consumption therefore whilst we will have no objection to the flag you are not helping the environment.
