leaking shower mixer tap

please help? i have a abbey gts vogue 215 (2002) and the whale shower mixer tap is leaking, its leaking from where the hot and cold (blue and red) inserts go into the bottom of the tap itself, not the water pipes or the 12mm push on connector, as you cannot buy the 2 inserts i am toying with the idea of super glueing them in and if this doesn't stop it i will have to buy a new mixer tap, i think they are 27 pounds new, does anyone else have any suggestions? regards mark.

The inlet pipes are a push fit fith a plastic pin to hold them in. I think there are a couple of O-rings to seal them. It may be possible to replace the O-rings.
