My current towcar is a Kia Sorento and we bought this car new last September. As far as I am concerned this is a brilliant towcar and family car and ticks all the right boxes.
Reliability and performance has not let us down apart from 2 small factors,
The rear glass in the bootlid has developed a small leak and occasionaly the rear hatch does not open when you lift the handle. So the car went back to the dealer last week for them to look at it and they said they had to order a new lock actuator and a glass rubber.
So today it went in for repair and they fixed it, but on collection I opened the boot to have a look as you do and I noticed that the plastic trim had a huge screwdriver scrape on it where some clown had slipped removing the clips, and also the complete trim around the glass was hanging off with the new rubber not sitting correctly. So I called over the " technician " and he said, " what do you want me do do about it ? " Well you can imagine my response and now we have a new tailgate trim and glass rubber taken off a new Sorento in the showroom !
As they say the customer is always right.
