No !We've decided to stay at Craigie Gardens for 5 nights at the beginning of Septemeber. Only problem now is where to go afterwards. The choice has been narrowed to down to Low Park Wood, Troutbeck Head or Meathop Fell.
Is there plenty to do around Low Park Wood for a 2 year old?
piggiback only if you will fit in 20 litre ruck sack and weigh under 5 kilos! Walk could be split down as views from Scout Scar are terrific if not as far reaching as those from Whitbarrow on the other side of the Lyth Valley.I suppose it could depend which way the wind is blowing but once Her Ladyship engages her tongue her jaw goes into overdrive which will drown out most noise.
With regards the 25 mile walk I will go only on condition you give me a piggyback :O)
Soak up everything around them ?
