Mastic round doors, loo locker etc

The mastic round door and loo locker on a 2006 caravan has become black. What can I do to imrpove the appearance?
 
Yvonne, try using a strong solution of Fenwicks, it shifted stubborn black stains from around a couple of locker doors on my van with no problems.

Thanks for your help. I have bought the Fenwick product and will have a go tomorrow.
