re:- towing with a megane 13/03/07
well iv'e done it just got back from a round trip of 300miles towing a my bailey ranger 380/2 max weight 1058 loaded to 995kg (weekend trim porch awning change of clothes ect)and despite all the pessimists it towed brilliantly 60 mph fifth gear on m/way 25% hill no problem 3rd gear job
no wallowing, wandering, or snaking although thats possibly down to using a stableiser as well as the fitted alko hitch
just thought you all might like to know ?
ps. down to cornwall with it in june anyone know where liz is at sounds like a good site she's on
