mini ovens

As a present,i have been given a russell hobbs mini oven.Can i use that on site,and not trip the switch.

Think it is 3000 watts.

It will take 12.5 amps which is more than some sites will give you. Even on a Caravan Club site, which gives you 16 amps, it leaves very little to run any other mains appliances. I would, therefore, say no its not really suitable for caravan use.
