Has anyone got info on Moterway charging in the above two counteies and can you pre pay as a 4 week tourist.

One can buy 25_ and 50_ Viacards for Italy and motorway toll stickers for Austria (72.60_/year; 21.80_ for 2 months; 7.60_ for 10 days) before entering the respective countries from most clubs or at motorway petrol stations on the way as you approach the borders.

You may as well - depending on the route you take have to pay supplements for any very long tunnels you go through.
