New to Rallies

How would we be able to get involved in a rallie or something similar. only problem is it would have to be with hookup as we like our comforts and plus with two kids 7&5 its easier.

when we go away we always meet people and get on very well with other families & kids etc but the problem is they are usually gone next day or we are gone just as they arrive etc. would be nice to plan a meet with people and have a few days together getting to know people.

Our local area CC runs some excellent rallies and we have all made some good friends over the last couple of years.

We have 2 girls age 5 and 6 and I can honestly say we all love green field rallies as well as those run on commercial sites and the drawback if there is one would be lack of site shower not lack of hookup.

We carry a spare battery and use 12V TV/satellite etc and do not lack any home comforts you would get with hookup.

This isn't an advert Davie, there may not even be a place left but the "Practical Caravan Easter" meet might be a good place to start. If you are interested, we could find out if there are any pitches available.
