nissan pathfinder

Hi all,

Any oppinions, experience, or views on the pathfinder as a tug. Currently have the new xt but could do with a bit more space and possibly weight, towing a 1600mtplm twin.

Cheers for now,

Darren

Hi we have just bought a new pathfinder we had a sorento xse as a tow car before, we tow a twin wheel bailey we liked the extra space the pathfinder has, i cannot comment on towing as we havent towed with it yet but we have freinds who have and they say its fab .Fuel econemy on a 15 mile run is 30 according to the trip computer which should get better as the car gets run in.There is a towing site (whattowcar.com)check out the user reviews.

I have found the Pathfinder to be a great towcar.30mpg around town solo + 23-25mpg towing twin axle 1800kg. Very stable and capable even with large van, 6 passengers and six bikes attached to it. I have done around 15000 miles in 7 months and 6000 of those towing here and in europe and not had a minutes trouble.
