Hi

we've booked our Eurotunnel for Spring Bank Holiday weekend and plan to stay in Northern France for 12 nights.

We want to stay 4 nights at 3 sites - any comments on these would be most welcome good or not so good (I have looked at David Klyne's very useful webpages).

Camping L'Aiguille Cruise near Etretat

Camping Campix at St Leu s'Esserent, near Paris

then we can't decide: either Camping Bien Assise, Guines or Chateau du Gandspette, near St Omer. We like fairly quiet, open sites, not bothered about entertainment and there's just the two of us in our mid 50s - quite happy with a good meal, bottle of white wine...

Regards

Ken

Hi Ken, if you want peace and quiet then go for Chateau de Gandspette, we stayed at Assise and some pitches are close to the lane tyhat runs along the front of the camp site. Can get niosy early A.M.'s Some of the sites electrics are reversed polarity, so take a socket tester and a lead to correct the polarity, have a wonderful time Bazz.
