One of my free evaluation items last week was a Nose Weight Guage. Made of red square tubular plastic and just the usual compression spring. Cost about £17
I'll not name, names but it was useless.
Being square it didn't fit into the tow ball hitch point but had to sit on the edge. When the jockey wheel was raised it began to compress then started to lean to one side. I tried a couple of times to get it to go down vertically but it wasn't that easy and at one point looked like falling over.
As for accuracy compared to the old 'bathroom scales' method, the 67Kg on the scales was 75kg on the guage.
