Number plates

Can anyone please tell me how the 'year' numbers will continue when we get to 2010, 2011. 2012 etc ?

I mean the 55, 06, 56, 07 sequence.

Sept 2010 - Feb 2011: 60

March 2011 - Aug 2011: 11

Sept 2011 - Feb 2012: 61

.... and so on
