I find thsi unbelievable as people have been doing ti for decades! See https://www.worcesternews.co.uk/news/25395313.confederate-flags-spotted-western-motorhome-show-malvern/
The Skull and Crossbones, or Jolly Roger originates from early sailing days to indicate there had been a death on board. It started to be flown by Royal Navy submarines in WW1 in response from very senior Admiralty officers that submarines were underhand, unfair and un English, and nothing better than pirates. Since then RN submarines arriving back from certain missions have flown the Jolly Roger. There’s even an exhibit in the Submarine Museum displaying the Jolly Rogers from submarines going back to WW1.I find thsi unbelievable as people have been doing ti for decades! Maybe I am old fashion and not woke as cannot see anything wrong with flying either of those flags. As we live in Malvern maybe we should fly the old South African flag just to upset him? Only kidding as don't have one anyway. 🤣The Skull and Crossbones, or Jolly Roger originates from early sailing days to indicate there had been a death on board.
