Overnight Stop In North Devon

Hi All

I'm new here so take it easy on me!!!

We (me+wife+2 kids) are going to Woolacombe on the 21st July. We are looking to travel through the night and arrive at about 1am. Does anybody know where we we could stop overnight, as the site doesn't have an early arrival area and doesn't allow people on to the pitch until 12.00 Noon. We want to travel through the night as it will be cooler and there will be less traffic on the roads.

This is too late for Richard but...

The picnic site (Moortown Cross) half way between Tiverton and Barnstaple on the A361 N Devon Link Road would be fine for an overnight stop with a caravan. Well off the road, loads of space and toilets. The east bound side is the most level.
