Panoramic skylight.

Hi, anyone had problems with the panoramic skylight cracking on a Swift Conqueror 560. My local dealer has two in, both with really bad fractures, one has two ins of water in the vacuum void, and it's brand new!! Not a great advert for the model, just wondering if it's a common fault.
 
Have a look on the Swift owners group on Facebook. Cracking windows is a common complaint. It allegedly was down to how they were mounted and allegedly solved on post 2020 models ( according to those on FB) but the complaints about newer vans keep on coming.

Thanks Mel, I'll do that, if it becomes an issue with all the Swift Conqueror range, we might have to think again.
